  She is a huge help with my case I'm a father that had his rights taken away from birth and I been in process of getting my rights established and the mother was avoiding the serving part for the longest time she stepped in and help me locate her and got her served for me and had taken my calls very seriously not only that I was teamed up with her from legal aid and from day one that she started on my case she was a huge support because not a lot of men tries to have their rights as a father

  This is the most dishonest unprofessional law firm I have ever worked with! I highly discourage anyone to use this firm! Especially as a disabled veteran to hire this firm only to be lied to by their paralegal. BUYER BEWARE! Paralegal Sara is very incompetent and unprofessional does not respond to clients emails, and then argues with clients and laughs at them on the phone!

  Over the last seven years, Luisa white and her staff have helped with a number of legal matters. She is understanding, experienced, and knowledgeable in multiple areas - even outside of law. Her initial assessment of things is accurate, and from that position she is able to give sound legal counsel leading to a favorable, yet realistic resolution.

  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional. Luisa reeled me in with a fantastic pitch. Saying she will address all my child custody concerns and boy did I get played. Communication was basically non existent. I sent emails and left messages. Hardly heard back. It was so bad that I didn’t know the strategy for my own settlement call. Then at the settlement which was on zoom, I was left in a separate “room”. She agreed to a bunch of terms that I never agreed to. Even up to the hearing the same thing. I felt I was fighting the opposition and my own lawyer. I felt that if I did this on my own without her help I would’ve gotten a better outcome. I’m not exaggerating. If she put the same effort into the actual work as her sales pitch she would do fine. She happily took my money after I wrote a lengthy complaint to her. Since the hearing was over I lost the chance to present all the evidence I gathered and felt defeated. Hope you don’t have to go through this pain!
