  I cannot speak to his son’s abilities, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Mark. In my opinion, he may be better suited for straightforward matters that can largely be handled through paperwork and office work rather than contested court proceedings. Weeks before my hearing, he requested photos, messages, and other evidence. I provided everything he asked for, expecting it to be used in court. However, when the hearing arrived, he appeared without the evidence I had provided and seemed unprepared for the proceeding. I was also told the hearing would be brief and that a more extensive hearing would take place later. That turned out not to be the case. The hearing was far more important than I was led to believe, and I left feeling that my case was not properly presented. Everyone’s experience may differ, but based on my own, I would not hire him again.

  Recently I hired Mr Kuntz to update my will and establish guardianship of my daughter. He was most helpful in answering questions and provided quick and efficient service. I highly recommend Mr Kuntz for your legal needs.

  My husband and I have retained Mr. Mark Kuntz several times, mostly for family law matters. While he handles cases like a professional, we have always felt almost like friends. When I speak of Mr. Kuntz, I describe him as a bulldog in court. He sinks his teeth in to a case and is relentless. We wouldn't retain any one else.
