  I cannot speak to his son’s abilities, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Mark. In my opinion, he may be better suited for straightforward matters that can largely be handled through paperwork and office work rather than contested court proceedings. Weeks before my hearing, he requested photos, messages, and other evidence. I provided everything he asked for, expecting it to be used in court. However, when the hearing arrived, he appeared without the evidence I had provided and seemed unprepared for the proceeding. I was also told the hearing would be brief and that a more extensive hearing would take place later. That turned out not to be the case. The hearing was far more important than I was led to believe, and I left feeling that my case was not properly presented. Everyone’s experience may differ, but based on my own, I would not hire him again.

  I would strongly suggest this Kuntz Law Firm. They are a father and son agency. They believe in getting you what you deserve. I myself think that they are the best here in Kokomo. They understand what I went through and they got me what I deserved with my car accident. If I had to give them a grade between an A+ through F it would be the highest grade that I can give them and that would be a A+.

  Looking for a lawyer for my daughter...I was more concerned about the interaction with the process than just how much the fee is! Jessica and I felt very comfortable with Mr. Kuntz and his secretary. Went to sign paperwork and had a very lengthy personal conversation. Exactly what we were looking for, he put us to ease as to the process as well. Keep up the personalized attention, also very reasonable on the fee! I am EDITING review: Everything went smooth as silk! Mr. Kuntz made my daughter aware of any updates. The case was dismissed, didn't have to see the courthouse.
