  Time wasters i asked where they practiced and the said Indiana and Illinois. I proceeded to advise ok thanks my case is in rhoade island and georgia. The rep then proceeded to continue to pull information after such instead of concluding the call. So they asked for personal info with knowledge that they did not need such. I mean you don't practice where I need so you ask for more info to send the lawyers then send a letter saying sorry we can't take your case but you have a time line to adhere so good luck racing the clock....I think with what lawyers are paid a hour if they waste your time and don't take the claim they should have pay you for wasted time as we all know they would in a heart beat.

  Keller and Keller wasted my time being stating this firm (Germano) would be co-console and suddenly I was being ignored. Germano delayed my case and even got the original firm (Kelller and Keller) to drop my case without either one of them notifying me. That is absolutely unacceptable neglect. At the end the failed to notify me why they dropped ot or why they had the initial firm drop it. This is why these firms can only operate in Indiana.

  These people are sexist. I contacted Keller and Keller about a malpractice case as I decided to undergo a hysterectomy based on what I now know was a misdiagnosis. Keller and Keller referred me to Garau Germano. When they called me, I told them how the surgery negatively affected me and how I wouldn't have undergone it had I not been been misdiagnosed and if the diagnosing provider did what she should have, an ablation/excision rather than referring me for another surgery. They asked if I wanted to have kids prior to the surgery. When I said no I could instantly tell from the tone of voice that they didn't care. A few days later, I got a letter saying they won't take my case. I guess being a woman means my only function is having babies. It doesn't matter that this surgery ruined my life because my ability to have children is the only thing that matters to these people.
