  David assisted me with navigating one of the most difficult challenges I’ve ever had to face as a pilot. A lawsuit. David’s level of knowledge and expertise in dealing with contract law and FAA regulations freed me from what I thought would be a years long expensive battle. 4 months and a couple phone calls and my issues were resolved. I’d give this review 1,000 stars if I could.

  My mother passed away without a will in November 2025. My brother and I contacted several law firms to try to get a better understanding of how to navigate the probate process but several were months out for an initial conversation and charged fees just to find out how they would help us. I received a return call from Dave’s office the same day I originally contacted them and my brother and I had a 30 minute phone conference with Dave the same week. He explained the entire process to us and answered all of the questions we had and we hired Dave the next day. He was upfront with the fees involved and they were very reasonable compared to the other firms that we contacted. Dave’s responsiveness and expertise have been impressive and I knew that I hired the right lawyer when he was filing paperwork with the court on Christmas Eve. Dave and his team have made this stressful and emotional experience much easier to navigate and I would highly recommend them for anyone going through the probate process.
