  This firm was amazing from the first visit with Nancy,and the time she spent explaining the process and realalistic timelines.All the hard work Nancy put in and endless emails and phone calls so the attorney,Joesph had everything he need for the case was very impressive. Highly recommend this firm to eveyone.

  My Social Security claim was rejected 2 times and I was scheduled to present my case to the ALJ. I asked Joseph Nugent Law Firm to take a look at my case as my lawyer at the time did not seem to be doing much. They took my case at the last minute and they won my case!!!! Both Nancy and Joseph did a great job with expert understanding of the Social Security process, taking time to address my particular issues and winning!!! Nancy did a fantastic job of communicating what the process was, calming me down before the hearing and assuring me that all was well. It was!!! We won!!!! They knew so much more than my other law firm I was shocked. They took the time to understand my issues, provide feedback, and apply the rules and facts for my case to the complex SSD process.
