  Horrible hold times. You’d think for a firm who makes money off of already poor people would be able to afford more employees to answer their phones. I hung up before anyone even answered.

  These people are bullying. They take money from a single mother who daughter has epilepsy and had medical bills. Then when she makes a payment plan and almost has all of the debt paid off, they make there payment site not work and go after her again and try to garnish her wages. They are complete jerks!!! They should not be allowed to practice law!!! No understanding heartless human beings! I would actually give them no stars!
