  I have nothing nice to say, you're told to communicate with the attorney handling the case and then he doesn't communicate. Very poor communication, wouldn't recommend.

  This man did everything I asked him to do, anytime I needed him to do it. He got my case dismissed! And he even done extra, he called me on his vacation. Going to make an excellent attorney. He went out of his way and did things I didn't know was possible. From my experience from the public defenders office the best lawyer that ever represented me.   I was extremely disappointed with my mediation experience with Terrell Mauer. My ex and I each paid $750 for mediation that was scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, Mr. Mauer declared an impasse at approximately 3:30 p.m., ending the session well before the scheduled end time. Despite the shortened mediation, there was no discussion regarding a partial refund. More concerning was the apparent lack of preparation. This was a parenting time and child support dispute involving children, yet Mr. Mauer did not seem familiar with basic facts of the case, including who the children were currently residing with. He also appeared unaware of information contained in the mediation statement I had submitted prior to the session. I left with the impression that he had not thoroughly reviewed the case history, pleadings, or docket before mediation. As a result, much of the session felt unproductive and focused on bringing him up to speed rather than working toward meaningful resolution. Given the amount paid for the service, I expected a mediator who was thoroughly prepared, knowledgeable about the case, and committed to using the full allotted time to facilitate discussion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
