  I was in an accident 1 year ago tomorrow. I called Vaughan and Vaughan because it was clear it was going to be difficult to get reimbursed for things like a vacation I had booked and couldn't make because of my injuries ect. My attorney Karolina was wonderful from the beginning. Always answering my text and calls, kept me informed every step of the way as well as asking how I was doing. Im glad I trusted her. It took just under a year but she won the case and she managed to get every one of my medical bills reduced as well. It was worth the wait. Im very pleased

  Charles Vaughan and his team were amazing with our case! My husband and I got hit head on in our neighborhood. This accident happened just under two months before our wedding and 4 months before moving to a new state. Charles and his team took all of this into account and fought for us to get fairly compensated. Insurance initially offered us a laughable amount of compensation and we were in no rush. Charles and his team worked hard going back and forth with insurance for close to two years. They handled everything beautifully and took a lot of extra stress off our shoulders! They checked with us before every step and decision was made, making sure we understood and were all on the same page. By the time everything was finalized, we were very happy at the results and are definitely able to move on from all of this. This has been finalized just in time for our first bundle of joy due in August! Perfect timing! We appreciate Charles and his team so much for helping us through all of this! thank you again Charles!!
