I'm not sure what happened with all this, I filled my initial claim after 25 yrs off active duty and given 90%. I wanted to work on 100 which should be fairly easy all were deemed service connected. As you can imagine, i had lots of questions when I got my rating and needed someone to answer some questions. They said wait until you get it in the mail. I informed them I printed if off the portal and could send a copy and they have access anyway to mine as they are representing me. They refused to every let me talk to my attorney on record, and finally said we will send you a letter to withdraw our representation. I was floored, i said I will send in a few supplemental claims to get a 100 and might be backed paid to 2005 when I got off active. The supervisor said I ask to many questions and we will withdraw. I'm like does attorney I hired know and agree to any of this and he said no. I personally started to get the feel it was like predatory victimization of disabled vets. Please be aware, in my opinion not the one to pick. I still cannot understand why they would not let me talk to my attorney who has a chance for me to be one of his biggest clients. Just my personal views, good luck vets. Research and pick another.

My husband has been a disabled veteran since Vietnam. We had tried and tried to get his disability rating increased due to all of his health issues throughout the years. He was denied each and every time. Fortunately my boss at work told me about the National Vet Help and all of the good things they have done for Veterans. We gave them a call, and I am so glad we did. We worked with Tommy Thomson, a Case Manager from there. All I can say is he is wonderful. He has spent a lot of time working with my husband and me. He also had an attorney, Brandon Renner, helping all the while. Making that phone call to National Vet Help and speaking to Tommy Thomson was the best decision we could have made. My husband is now receiving the disability compensation that he deserves. I know this would not have happened without Tommy. He is the best. I urge any veteran or their family member to get in contact with this organization. Even ask for Tommy. You won’t be disappointed. We owe him a debt of gratitude. Thank you Tommy for all you do. You can find this organization online. Make the call; they are all there to help. Thank you again Tommy. You have changed our lives for the better. Terri Smith

I was at 50% for years and my Marine Corps buddy recommended National Vet Help and I can’t say enough good things about them. Tommy Thomson was an excellent Vet Rep who kept me updated on my cases monthly like clock work. With his help I was able to receive a rating of 100% in November 2025. I would highly recommended them to anyone and I do! What an outstanding company!

After posting my frustration as a review, I received a call from the COO who pledged to take a personal interest in my case. I told her I had the paperwork, the VA keeps closing my classes administratively. She was very nice and I appreciated the call.

I cannot express my gratitude to everyone in the National Vet Help, especially Keith Ross. Working with Keith over the last year and a half was truly an amazing experience. He was always professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward . Despite the turbulent journey, his confidence remained steadfast making my trust grow. Not to mention that if at anytime Keith was out of town, others were fully aware of my case and were quick to respond. It is great to know a team dedicated to helping vets navigate the VA system and therefore, I will always recommend them to fellow vets. Thanks to everyone on the team!
