Two different occasions I had a complaint about his attorney Williams & he talked to me like I wasn’t even a client. He literally told me I have no idea what I’m saying & hung up on me. I wouldn’t ever recommend this law firm to anyone.

I have been told that if I have any questions and such, i need to deal directly with David Austgen, i have left several msgs and emails no response, I guess because he is getting paid big bucks from the town, he doesn't want to talk to me, my complaint was investigated I cant even get the outcome. Just a ridiculous office to deal with, i would search for another firm. He just wasted everyone's time and tons of money without any outcome response.
