  I can’t say enough about Charles Vaughan and his staff. My wife and I were in a terrible car accident near Noblesville, IN. We ended up in the Lafayette rehabilitation hospital in Lafayette Indiana. I called Mr. Vaughan from the facility and he came to see us that very afternoon. The insurance company of the driver that caused the accident originally wanted to share the expenses 50-50, but Mr. Vaughan and his staff were not about to let that happen. Over the next several months we were involved in trying to get our lives back to normal. Having broken both of my ankles and my wife having broken her wrist, we went through surgeries and rehabilitation that lasted for more than seven months after the accident. Mr. Vaughan and his staff worked diligently to collect all of the medical information, charges, and other costs involved due to this accident. We communicated frequently asking questions and providing information needed for the case. Mr. Vaughan’s staff was always pleasant and informative. Elizabeth, Angela, and Jillena have been a joy to communicate and work with. Mr. Vaughan and his staff were able to settle this case with the insurance company without having to go to court. Their efforts resulted in a settlement that far surpassed our anticipation. There’s no doubt in my mind that Charles Vaughan has more than just a financial interest in his clients. He really cares about what has happened to them, their injuries and their recovery. He went to great lengths to do everything he could to help us after our accident.
