  Mr. Horn and his team are amazing. They truly go above and beyond. My case was a rather tough one but they fought for me and I was finally approved for social security disability! Even after social security messed up since they still owed me they kept on standing up for me and I finally received everything I was owed. I highly RECOMMEND that you contact this amazing team immediately. I heard about them through my wife’s coworker and I’m so glad to have contacted them to help me out! Thank you again!

  Mr. Horne is arrogant, smug, and was unprepared for my hearing. It took me two years to finally have a hearing on my case. Once I was finally assigned a judge, I was told by his office that the judge didn’t like Mr. Horne so they would need to petition for a new judge which delayed my hearing. During my hearing, the judge was missing an important page of documentation that she should have received from Mr. Horne which delayed a verdict. Also, my doctor name is Ryan. He said to the judge “this document says Ryan, whoever Ryan is.” Shouldn’t he have known the name of my doctor? With ample justification to receive disability benefits, I lost my case. I personally blame Mr. Horne for that.

  I started my application with Horn & Kelley July of 2019. They were very patient and also concerned about me as a client and not so much about their fee. Due to the Pandemic it took a lot longer to get done but they kept pushing SSDI knowing my need. I got approved without an appeals process which I understand is rare. I got my first SSDI check today November of 2020. To say they were on my side is an understatement and I would highly recommend John or JoAnn to anyone looking for an awesome team of Social Security Experts!!!! Thank you, John, JoAnn and Christine (she is the Admin for the firm and is super compassionate)
