  Emily came highly recommended by several attorneys to handle the QDRO from my divorce, and I’m so glad I followed their recommendations! My situation had several complications, including a change in the 401k provider, that required complex calculations. It was clear to me that Emily really knows this area and was familiar with the steps needed for my particular situation. She also took the time to explain things and keep me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Both Emily and Amber were very responsive to my questions and always professional, kind, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Emily to anyone who needs help with a QDRO!

  I was required to use Emily and her firm for the QDRO process for my divorce. Would highly NOT recommend you use this firm for this financial process. Long story short they missed a whole account after having very specific paperwork. After I brought it to their attention, it was an absolute mess moving forward. Money was put into wrong account, communication was horrible, unbeknownst to me I was communicating with the receptionist during the process of trying to figure out the missing account and where the money was to go. Over a year later, the issue is still not resolved and they won’t return my emails or phone messages. Protect your money, go elsewhere.
