  Daniel Goodman and his team helped my daughter settle her property damage claim after her car was hit and totaled by a semi-truck. After months of attempting to negotiate the claim on our own, Daniel and his team convinced the insurance company to pay the claim in full and the check was issued quickly.   Terry Lachcik was our lawyer. We really appreciate the fact that he was because he went out of his way to help us. When I first contacted the offices, Mr. Goodman said he would send over Terry, and that Terry would be able to meet at my house as I was unable to drive. Terry was very thorough with the process and was able to answer all of our questions. One thing to keep in mind is that you should be patient with the process. Terry and his team worked diligently to negotiate my medical expenses so as to maximize my settlement. I am truly grateful to have learned about this law office and having Terry assigned to my case.
