- JOJill OchsMay 6, 20261.0Ashley Sherwood is not an aggressive attorney. She was not willing to put forth the effort that was needed for me. I did most of the work and she just did the emails between attorneys. She was not transparent at all times as to what she was doing. She never seemed to have a game plan. She would do what she thought we wanted vs what we asked of her. I many times had to contact her as to what was happening. I had to request billing information to see what had been spent in over 4 months. A lot of time and money wasted on an attorney who did very little.
