My situation ended up being a little unusual and she was the only professional involved in the transaction as there were no agents and no attorney on the seller’s side. With that in mind, Amy was very proactive in working with the seller, often anticipating their next move, and was quick to communicate between both parties. Her office was always professional and Pam was great to work with as well. Amy was patient through the entire process that took much longer than expected, and did everything to ensure a quick and easy closing. I will recommend Martin & Mennecke to anyone looking for real estate representation and will continue to use Amy in the future.
