  We had an outstanding experience with Attorney Deborah Hawkins and are beyond grateful for everything she did for our family. This was an emergency situation, and despite her very busy schedule, she agreed to take the case the day before the hearing. She made time to speak with my father-in-law and truly listen to his story just two days before the court date, even though we had very little time to prepare. That level of dedication meant so much to us. Attorney Deborah Hawkins was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most is that even with such a short notice, she showed up to court fully prepared and did an excellent job advocating on my father-in-law's behalf. Everything was resolved the same day, and he was able to return home that afternoon, which was a huge relief for our family. Her fee was also very reasonable compared to all the other attorneys we contacted, especially considering the urgency and the quality of work. We highly recommend Attorney Deborah Hawkins to anyone in need of legal assistance. She is compassionate, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients.   She is very horrible at taking consideration on your case ! Never wants to talk to you over the phone herself she cancels appointments back to back to back it’s like I’m dealing with this myself and I paid her to handle it ! This lady just loves to collect money do not recommend

  My dcfs appeal and the events leading up to it were a very stressful and trying time for myself and my family. I had a lawyer and was overpaying for little to no communication and information. When I contacted Ms. Hawkins she was attentive and very informative about my options before I even hired her. She didn't baby or coddle but was assertive and to the point. After hiring her she kept me informed of all goings on and asked for approval before making any decisions. It was a long drawn out process and she was busy with other clients but normally tried to get bk with me as soon as possible to answer questions I had. It smtms wasn't the answer I wanted but that life. There were times I questioned weather I made the right choice but when my hearing came up she did a fantastic job being prepared and getting all the points across that were relevant. She had the detective and the caseworker studdering for not doing any follow up of details and just out right not doing there job.
