  If you are reading this it means you are most likely in the same situation I was... a victim of hacker into your bank account. Keep reading you are on the right path with Larry Smith and team will fight for you!!! I thought I could initially work closely with Bank of America on my own, thinking I'm a long time customer and I will just get them all the information/evidence they need so I could get back the money that was hacked out of bank account. A hacker logged in 'as me' and took out 8 separate transactions in a span of 2 days by doing a virtual transfer into a dummy credit union. It was a good chunk of change. I quickly realized 3 months in that Bank of America was treating me as the criminal instead of trying to recoup my funds. After endless hours of trying to get it back on my own I turned to Larry Smith and team doing a search online for a consumer rights firm. This firm is quick, does not waste your time, and will keep you always looped in every step of the way. They always responded back to my questions within 24 hrs and I was felt at ease with the whole process right from the initial phone call. Once Larry realized I was not the criminal after our first meeting (all within my first email to them)... he reassured me don't worry your money is coming back!!!! The timeline he gave me was dead on and he told me exactly how it was all going to play out. Bank of America finally woke up and decided to settle the case...Larry called me back and said we got it all back + some extra for all my troubles. The check $$ is on the way!!! Don't hesitate or waste another minute trying to do it on your own --give these guys a call and you will instantly be put at ease knowing they will take down these big banks that no longer know how to listen to their customers. Larry and team, thank you all for your efforts and hard work. SHOW ME THE MONEY LARRY!!! Thanks Mike

  Larry returned money that was stolen from me by a large “bank”. The whole time the firm was very comfortable and sweet to work with. I appreciate them greatly. :D

  I contacted Marco Smith Law seeking representation for an FCRA matter after experiencing serious communication and case-handling issues with prior counsel. From the outset, I explained exactly what had happened, why I was looking for new representation, and the delays I had already endured. Attorney Larry Smith indicated that he was familiar with concerns others had experienced with my prior law firm, which led me to believe my situation was being taken seriously and that I would receive a prompt decision regarding representation. Instead, I spent weeks waiting for an answer. Information was provided, follow-up discussions occurred, and the firm was fully aware that time was important and that I was attempting to avoid repeating the same mistakes I had already experienced with prior counsel. Despite that, I was left waiting without a definitive answer while valuable time continued to pass. What makes this especially frustrating is that the firm knew exactly why I was contacting them. They knew I was coming from a situation involving communication problems, delays, and uncertainty. Yet I found myself dealing with more delays, more uncertainty, and more waiting. If the firm had no intention of taking the case, I should have been told that promptly so I could continue searching for representation elsewhere. Instead, I was left in limbo for weeks waiting for a decision that ultimately went nowhere. My issue is not that the firm declined the case. Attorneys are free to choose what matters they accept. My issue is the amount of time wasted reaching that decision despite knowing the circumstances and urgency from the beginning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Marco Smith Law to anyone looking for timely communication or prompt decisions regarding representation.

  Larry is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. And he is very responsive! His office is far from my location and we were able to do a zoom call. He took notes and built a timeline of events as we spoke. With his assistance I was able to get this wrongful debt collection off my credit report. If you want to see results Larry is your guy.

  While I didn't have enough of a case to pursue, they did a great job in reviewing the information I had, laying out all of my options, and helping me make the best decision possible in my situation. Very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.
