  While I didn't have enough of a case to pursue, they did a great job in reviewing the information I had, laying out all of my options, and helping me make the best decision possible in my situation. Very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

  I had a collection account show up on my credit report that wasn’t mine, along with a wrong name and address. I spent about 4 months trying to dispute it myself (around 4 times), but kept getting nowhere. After I left my contact info on their website, Larry got back to me pretty quickly and helped me figure out what to do. He’s very helpful and easy to work with, very straightforward and honest, doesn’t talk in circles, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. With his help, I was finally able to get everything removed, which I honestly didn’t think would happen before. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with something similar.

  Phenomenal experience with SmithMarco. I had a devastating fraud case about a year ago and thought I would never see that money again. Larry advocated tirelessly on my behalf and earned that money back and then some! I ended up making money. I was shocked how well it turned out. Larry is also refreshingly transparent and straightforward in a world of lawyers that just tell you what you want to hear and then do not follow through. He’s a gem and did a great job. I would recommend this firm time and time again.

  Such a pleasant experience with a professional support staff and two attorneys who obviously understand the law and how to bring justice to those who need it. My affiliation with SmithMarco was through a trusted referral and I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the work done on my behalf. The one suggestion I would have for a prospective client is to be thorough with the information you provide to them, respect their timeline and be prompt with communication. It might be slow-moving in the beginning but once your case takes off, you need to be prepared and communicate with them as requested becase things happen quickly and all these guys have to defend and litigate your case is time and information. The prospect of dealing with such intimidating entities like the 3 credit bureaus can seem daunting but Mr. Smith and Mr. Marco always made me feel empowered, never made me feel uncomfortable when I needed to ask a "dumb" question and they kept their promises and most importantly - they got results. I endorse them and thank them whole-heartedly.
