  Never hire this firm spastically attorney Don Lahaie he can’t do nothing he will disappear middle of the case after that another lawyer will call you and he will said he can’t do nothing after 3 month I hire this firm i got approved from insurance i start receiving checks probably they made deal with insurance company and they domp me don’t make mistake hiring this firm you will regret trust me

  They are representing me on a case and I recommend them completely. My case isn’t closed but is heading in that direction. During a lengthy litigation, the staff at Keller Postman has been so polite and professional. Next time I am in Chicago, if it wouldn’t seem a bit strange, I would visit them and give them each a handshake (maybe a hug but probably not, lol) and thank them personally.

  I can not in good faith recommend this firm after my experience with Donn LaHaie as my attorney for my work injury claim. Various messages to pre-litigation assistant Allison Soanes, to attorney Donn LaHaie, to the case manager phone number provided from intake departments have bothered to communicate anything regarding the legitimate concerns I have about my case. DO NOT allow yourself to go through what I have gone through with this particular attorney representing me. Folks, do your research on the attorney they put forth to represent you. I am extremely disappointed in their ability to respond back in a timely manner regarding legitimate issues and concerns revolving my case.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve left various voicemails and emails to my attorney and pre-litigation assistant , and have even left voicemails to the case managers phone number yet no communication at all has been relayed back to me. There are no words for the frustration I have experienced dealing with this particular attorney representing me and the case manager overseeing the messages I have politely left for them.
