- ACAlex CossJun 24, 20261.0Horribleeeee customer service… the guy said his name was ukai or something like that. He sounded annoyed and unprofessional off the bat. I acknowledged that I was sorry for the questions but thank you for patience. I Let him talk and when I wanted to respond, he interrupted and insisted For me to stop and “there’s nothing we can do”. “I won’t transfer you” When I asked to speak to a higher up, he told me “ No, I am not” I told him let the higher up tell me and he refused. I told him I’ll be calling corporate to report you and I asked for his name again and said “Greg” I callled him out for giving a fake name and he hung up. Morgan and Morgan is straight up unprofessional and bad. No wonder they are here in Chicago. They act like it. Don’t go to them. They are so unfriendly and a couple questions they ask determines if they can or not. I called back insisting to provide evidence to back up my case but they don’t wanna see it and treated me horrible and put me on hold on purpose. A women she said was “ak” or “hk”. 10 questions they ask you determines if they will take a look at your case. You can’t provide proof/ evidence. Horrible firm and customer service and I’m not a Karen to complain but they were the worst. The Indians from chase and Amazon who I barely understand are nicer and were soft spoken. Do not go to Morgan and Morgan. Complete opposite.

After a receptionist, then AI assistant, then a real person who said I don't qualify to talk to a attorney. Very disappointed and frustrated . If they don't see dollar signs you are invisible.
