  I gave these people my case and they just sat on it like it was going to work itself. I have never been more afraid for myself in my entire life. They shouldn’t be allowed to call themselves a law firm. This is my second review of their office. After I made the first one I heard from mark himself asking me to take it down. I regret it, but that was the most effort these people put into my case. What a nightmare. These people do not do their jobs. They dropped the ball right on my head. EDIT TO ADD!!! My papers were signed in December Mr Karno. The fact that you were not aware that my case was in your office until a week ago, which was beyond mid May is not my fault that is a hole in your system not mine the way I am responding to being treated as though I’m not even a human is not uncalled for by any means honestly, I have a better mind to call the consumer protection agency about the service that I received from your law firm. You’re not practicing law over there. You’re practicing ruining peoples lives.

  I Was Recommended Mark & Karno Through A Close family Friend. I Don’t Normally Need A Lawyer, So I Didnt Know What To Expect. This Was An Eye Opening Experience. The Lawyer I Ended With Was Jesse Gonzales. He Was Very Informative, Reaching Out And Explaining Things As Needed. Everything Was Taken Care Of Through The Firm. Everyone Was Easy To Reach. I Would Recommend Again. Thank You Jesse. Thank You Sara. And Thank You To Mark & Karno LLC

  I enjoyed working with Mr. Julian Zito. He was very professional yet personable, he responded to my concerns with patience and addressed my apprehensions. There is a lot of positive things I could say but that would turn this review into a book😆. I have and will continue to refer this Law firm.

  I hired them ar the beginning of the covid lock down. They were very sympathetic To the fact that their hands were tied due to courts closed down. They told me it would take longer than usual. I totally understood that. When things opened back up They got things done ASAP To my total satisfaction!!! Would highly recimmend this firm to anyone
