  I highly recommend Jack Shapiro. He handled my son’s bike accident case with professionalism, care, and clear communication from start to finish. Jack was always accessible when we had questions, provided helpful guidance throughout the process, and made sure we understood what to expect at each step. He was responsive, on time, organized, and easy to communicate with, which gave us a lot of confidence during a stressful situation. I also appreciated that he was patient, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping our family. If you are looking for a personal injury lawyer who is knowledgeable, dependable, and truly looks out for his clients, Jack is an excellent choice.

  I was in a major car accident on the freeway at the end of 2025. My car was totaled and I had to be taken to the emergency room via ambulance where they discovered I had fractured a rib and possibly a vertebrae as well. As ridiculous as this may seem, I didn't think to contact a personal injury attorney because: 1. I have pretty decent health insurance so I figured I would just pay the medical costs using my HSA and potentially apply for financial help from the hospital system; and 2. I frankly did not have any experience with personal injury lawyers. I wasn't sure if this was even a case worth pursuing since I expected to make a full recovery after physical therapy and some time. After some encouragement and prodding from some friends, I found Jack as he was close to where I live. The first time we met, Jack assured me he would help me through the claims process and set some realistic expectations if we decided to pursue litigation. He told me what to expect from a timeframe standpoint and encouraged me to make sure I receive all the medical care I needed to recover. When my therapy regiment was completed, Jack did the heavy lifting in gathering documents, contacting my auto insurance provider, negotiating with healthcare providers, and keeping me updated on the status of the medical claim through my auto insurance. We eventually decided to settle with my auto insurance provider. Jack was able to negotiate a very favorable settlement (much more than my unscientific internet research said I would receive) and it is worth noting that he spoke with them several times to increase the final settlement amount. I cannot imagine being able to navigate this process myself and I appreciate Jack's expertise in taking care of this for my family and me. He was quick to communicate, gave clear instructions each step of the way, and made sure he had my family's best interest in mind throughout the claims process. We joked that hopefully we will never need to see each other on a professional level again, but if I ever have a need for a personal injury attorney again, he will be the first person I call. I highly recommend his services for anyone who has personal injury needs.

  My husband contacted their office twice and left a message with Jack one message as urgent and Jack never returned the calls, so Jack obviously doesn’t care about getting new clients
