  Attorney Ben Nielsen represented me throughout a highly contentious divorce involving my ex-spouse making highly one-sided demands for property and custody division. My ex-spouse hired a very aggressive and diligent lawyer who perhaps is one of the best in Northern Idaho. Ben, represented me, and I can say without a doubt that I, as a lawyer myself, have never encountered such a capable verbally skilled attorney with total mastery of family law. Additionally, Ben's billings were very fair. The results were amazing and had I not hired him I doubt I would have achieved such excellent results.   10/10 recommend Ben Neilsen and his firm. They have been professional, prompt, attentive, and thorough in EVERYTHING throughout my divorce process. Going into the divorce, I had no idea what to expect -- I didn't know anything about the process and was worried I wouldn't know how to fight for myself. But I didn't have to!   In the beginning of my divorce I have had three attorneys the first attorney did not let me know about the first deposition. Nor did this attorney show up to represent me. I was so concerned about that but then it was made right with the courts so I thought no harm no foul but then mistakes were made again, so I got another attorney. The second attorney did not represent me well at all the wording was all wrong in the divorce decree. There was a glitch in the divorce decree and so I was served papers and I was taken back to court. So the third time I called LOVELESS, NEILSEN & LOVELESS which were Highly Recommended by a few of my friends! So the third attorney Ben Neilson took care of everything!! There were no glitches everything was worded correctly and now my divorce is over. Divorce is a scary experience in life but because of Ben Neilson Representation all went smooth and well. I highly recommend Ben Neilson as a Divorce Attorney!! Everything was easy out of the gate. Ben’s paralegal Stephanie was so kind and helpful in every way!! It went so smooth and I HIGHLY recommend him as a Divorce Attorney!!! I wish I would’ve called him first and then I wouldn’t have experienced so much stress. I will always be grateful for their services…
