Brett and her assistant Daramis were so incredibly helpful. They were quick to respond and kind and caring during each interaction. I highly recommend.

He represented me against the other party at-fault for vehicle accident causing bodily injury to myself and newborn at the time. I did not have to pay anything upfront for my case and just agreed to a percentage once the case concluded, best of all, I did not have to do much of anything, he did all the work! The staff was amazing, supportive, friendly, and professional along with Mr. Marty. I highly recommend attorney, Brian O. Marty, if you get into a situation like mine. He's very understanding, intelligent, and attentive to your questions/concerns, and will provide the best advice that will get a positive outcome. If he can't help, then he may offer suggestions or may refer you to someone who may be of assistance.

He was great at breaking it down into terms that I was able to understand. He very available for me and always quick to reply. Very happy with my experience.
