All your advertising says landlord harassment and you don't do that at all according to your secretary.

She made me feel at ease after the first meeting. I felt like I was heard, validated, and taken seriously. I knew I had a huge fight ahead of me against a multi-million dollar company, but she gave me the confidence to proceed. Kathryn Leidahl and David Albrecht were always straightforward about what to expect and what not to expect. There was never a time where I felt like a question was stupid or wrong. They always reiterated that they were there for me and only a phone call away with any concerns I might have. My case came down to mediation and both were immensely prepared and did not back down. I cannot say enough good things about this firm. Kathryn and David truly made a difficult, stressful time in my life easier with their true professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend both of them.
