If you need a very good attorney and one with a pleasant personality and only looks out for his client, this is who you NEED to turn to. They always return calls and emails, that was never an issue! He was recommended to me by several other attorneys and they told me he is the best at what he does!! That should tell you a lot right there!

- JLJacob LovetinskyMay 10, 20171.0Legal malpractice is the term for negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, or breach of contract by an attorney during the provision of legal services that causes harm to a client. Submitted some paperwork with a typo so now me and my ex have to go back to court to straight out his typo! Doesnt get back to either one of us and his secretary is rude. Would not recommend at all i have sumbitted a complaint with the iowa bars.
