  Having Tom and Tim’s help and guidance during this difficult and confusing experience made all the difference. They are excellent at what they do and have a lot of experience. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and I always felt that the matter was expertly handled. They always made themselves available and took the time to keep me informed, explain the process, and to answer all of my questions. While I was always a part of all the discussions and decision, they took care of all the case details so that I could focus on my own life during this whole process. In my particular case, Tom was able to obtain the best possible outcome. I could not have asked for better legal representation. Thank you.

  Thomas Farnsworth earned every one of these five stars. You can tell when someone is a genuine expert versus someone performing expertise. Tom speaks plainly, truthfully, and concisely. He never hides behind jargon or rushes you off the phone/out the door to avoid follow-up questions. At the same time, he doesn't waste your time. Every conversation struck the right balance, and I walked away from each one knowing exactly what my next steps were, what he was going to do, and the different ways things could play out. You can feel that he knows the case law and knows how to navigate the system. He just doesn't need to prove it to you, and that's exactly what real expertise sounds like. He will not sugarcoat anything, and he will not promise you things he can't deliver. Be honest with him and he will fight for you within the guardrails of the law. That's what you want from a defense attorney. Two things stood out beyond his legal skill. First, and thankfully, I do not have an expansive background with legal office communication systems. But I do need to point out a small detail that turned out to be huge. When you're going through a stressful, emotionally heavy time, the last thing you want to worry about is logistics, documentation, and hunting for information. His office's communication system is hands down the most efficient, optimized, and transparent I've encountered anywhere in my life, across every business, public or private, I've ever dealt with. Everything lived in one place. If a question needed more than a text, someone from his office called quickly and was ready to talk. It may seem small, but in that moment it was huge. Second, and most importantly, Tom is the kind of attorney who takes the time to see the humanity in the person sitting across from him. He listens. He hears you. I felt genuinely seen as a person, for the first time in a long while. It is whk he is. If you read the About page on his website, where he explains why he founded his firm, quality over volume, personal attention, clear and direct communication, know this: every word of it is true. It's not marketing fluff. It's exactly what you get. If you need someone in your corner, hire Tom.
