I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this firm. If I could give zero stars, I would. Because my case is still pending, I cannot discuss specific details. However, after consulting with multiple other attorneys and law firms, I became increasingly concerned about the amount of time, documentation, and delays that seemed to be occurring with little measurable progress on my case. The process was far more costly and time-consuming than I expected. I ultimately retained a different attorney, who was able to begin filing paperwork almost immediately. Not only has the new firm been significantly more efficient, but their fees have also been considerably more reasonable. One of my biggest frustrations was the lack of communication and transparency. It was often unclear what progress, if any, was being made on my case. Additionally, interactions with the receptionist were consistently unprofessional and discouraging, which only added to an already stressful situation. I have worked with other law firms in the past and have never experienced anything quite like this. The combination of high costs, poor communication, delays, and limited results made this one of the most frustrating professional experiences I have had. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

I wasn't going to post anything about this firm, but I feel compelled to do so. It is deeply disappointing to know that firms like this exist—firms that do nothing but prey on the pain of others. From the moment I attended my first consultation with them, I made it crystal clear exactly what I wanted regarding my case. The initial experience wasn't very pleasant, as my appointment was with the firm's owner rather than with the specific attorney who would eventually take on my case. "That doesn't matter anymore," I told myself. During my second appointment—this time with Austin, the attorney assigned to my case—she had absolutely no clue what my case was even about. Yet, the invoice I received less than a week later claimed she had already reviewed my file. And when the time came for our meeting, Austin didn't even know *how* or *in what capacity* she was supposed to be representing me. "Even so," I told myself, "okay, fine; I'll just explain it to her." Two days after that meeting ended, I was charged nearly $500.00 for text messages exchanged via the firm's client portal from Romina—messages in which she explained things to me multiple times, treating me like a fool who couldn't grasp concepts that could have easily been explained in a single message, and I was charged for Austin reviewing my file before my meeting with her, when she didn't know anything about me. They still owe me money, and I have no idea if they intend to refund it. In the last message I sent them, I demanded the return of every penny they had asked me to pay. We shall see if they actually give it back. What I simply cannot understand is this: absolutely *nothing* was actually accomplished regarding my case, yet they kept billing me solely for text messages that made no sense whatsoever. I spent all of yesterday and today trying to get in touch with either Austin or Romina, but neither of them returned my calls; instead, they automatically closed my case. They did this simply because I asked for an explanation regarding the charges I was being billed—and that question evidently annoyed them. Beyond being irresponsible, this firm is fraudulent. I do not recommend that *anyone* go to them; they do nothing but exploit people's suffering. I wept—I wept bitterly—because, despite all the trouble I was having with them, I was foolish enough to still beg them to continue helping me. It wasn't until they stopped answering my calls yesterday and today that my eyes were finally opened, and I said to myself: "This firm is nothing but a complete SCAM!"
