  We found this law firm by chance because we had been trying to get a will in place for my husband and myself. Melvin is professional, friendly, affordable, very knowledgeable and made it a hassle free process. He did such a great job explaining to us the difference between a trust and a will and helped us complete it and submit it. I could not recommend this office more.

  Do not use him do not go to him. Do not believe his 5star reviews all might be fake. I wanted to help the brother out with work when he was having a fight with his old boss and was getting kicked out. He took 3000$ when i asked for contingency fee and he accepted wrote an agreement which totaly benefited him, he took over 20,000 dollars to help him for his new office, and claimed 3000$ was a retainer. Knowingly gave bad advice did not take time to do the right thing. he provided unlearned advice to benefit him only. If he was not African American, and I did not feel sorry for him, I would have reported him to the bar. NOW many years later my partner asked for advice during covid on evicting a tenant, which quick, clear cut answer I even know, is you can not? He billed her 750 for research which he did not do. Three other attorneys look at it said immediately no to her and charged nothing. Yes charged for three imaginary hours. This is what he learned from his old boss. When I see him at post office in his audi quattrro he is looking down and away, yes he knows what he did he thinks I do not know. I can only think his karma will follow him now and ever with a very dark aura. You all need to know this because it has been many years and everyday I remmber his dis-service . Never went backed to him never recommend him. He also wanted to rent a property from me wanted to get 75% of space for 50% of price, thinking he could take advantage again. Yes some times when they think you are nice and kind they become money hungry. Yes did not use him for estate planning or anything else as he would have taken everything. Five years apart between these two events Yes he is still the same. Be advised be aware.
