  My experience with Johnson & Legislador, P.L.C. was excellent! Not only is Mr. Legislador extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his profession, he was also personally considerate in working with my specific needs and limitations regarding the circumstances of my case. Timeliness and clear communication from Rob and his staff through my entire litigation helped ease any stress that crept up at my end. I fully trusted this firm's expertise, was not disappointed, and highly recommend their services!

  Even though my disability case was easy to solve (for a lawyer) - equating to just a few forms, and I was having trouble with a disability claim and needed a representative to make sure the process went smoothly - they wouldn't take my case. Essentially they do not work with disability or the SSA or take disability cases. The reviews are extremely disheartening because they are very good. I had so much hope that was quickly destroyed. Despite being polite and grateful and patient, the receptionist said 'we only submit the claim' - first, that doesn't make any sense and the reviews clearly indicate they follow through with the whole process. It doesn't make any sense because the claim is just the first step, anyone can do that, a lawyer sees the whole process through. So I would assume they do NOT take disability cases anymore. So I'm left terrified, unqualified, and in the middle of a nightmare that is easily solvable but they wouldn't take. Also, I have a LARGE amount of back pay that I feel terrified of and unqualified to handle. Disappointing. Upsetting.

  Robert Legislador and his assistant handled my SSDI application. They were very professional as they navigated me through the intense process. Proactive is how I'd describe them. They'd reach out to me every 5-6 weeks over the course of a year. I definitely recommend their services.

  Had an excellent experience working with attorney Rick during my work disability case. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and always willing to explain every step of the process. The disability process can be long and stressful, but with his help I felt supported and well-informed the entire time.
