  It has taken me some time to leave a grade here as I wanted to be absolutely sure I am to share my thoughts of how I was represented by this group. The best I can tell you is to go somewhere else. Run away from this group. They did not represent me well at all. They did not bring up important facts in court and they did nothing for my character IN A DIVORCE CASE. Where young children are involved. They even told me to stop communicating as to what my soon to be ex was doing, saying and threatening in behavior. The attorney brought no photos to court, Even the judge said , “ you don’t have one photo” when I sent him ( his paralegal)several. The office was closed an extra week after the end of the year and court was the 9th of Jan. He took no time to prepare for court and it showed. Even playing childish games as not printing things out in color for opposing counsel. Enough said, just know to go somewhere else.

  I was involved in a court case over a debt and knew that without legal help, I would lose and be forced to pay. I was fortunate to find Pratt & Wall, and I’m truly grateful that I did. From the start, I was welcomed warmly by Michelle and Malissa during intake. Ashley Whatley was amazing throughout the process—keeping me informed, preparing notes, and making sure everything was ready for attorney Kevin Pratt. The entire team made me feel supported and at ease during a very stressful time. I’ll admit, I didn’t walk in with the best opinion of lawyers, but Kevin Pratt and his team completely changed that. They were knowledgeable, caring, and answered every question I had (even ones I didn’t know to ask). Their experience with debt cases—especially involving third-party debt collectors—really showed. Because of their hard work, my $18,000 debt was dismissed. That’s a huge weight off my shoulders. If you have a creditor coming after you, I highly recommend Pratt & Wall. They truly care.
