It was a negligence case based on my apartment not installing guardrails which caused my mother to fall. The first person I spoke to was very nice and passed me on to a second intake person that decided to gate keep. First, the intake person is neither a paralegal, nor is he a lawyer, but he denied allowing me to speak to a lawyer. What kind of evaluation is that? He is no position to determine the severity or legality of my case. He has no formal training. If he is the type of people or the training Morgan & Morgan hires and utilizes, it shows they are only interested in easy winnable cases. I would never suggest them or use them in the future.
