  First of all I have all kind of disabilities that I thought wouldn't approve me but the ones that she brought up at the end of my judge hearing to make the vocalist to finally agree that I wasnt able to work any more sealed the deal. I never noticed that were one of my worst disability because I am dealing with more than that one. This woman will always had my respect for life . This case were a 50/50 chance to get approved. I already fired the first lawyers from another state,before I found her. If she take your case .then you most likely going to ride it out with her and win. I can tell you that she is busy and while get ready for the court hearing the best way to get a quick response from her over a simple question is just email her. She will answer your emails on any day of the week and weekends.i just sent her a email this past Sunday morning about telling her that my ssa online account moved to step 4. Then that Sunday evening she sent me the email of judge fully favorable decision letters that I haven't even gotten back in the mail from ssa office telling me that I been approved yet. If ya only knew how nervous I were when I opened her email. So I just gotten approved and waiting for my ssi & ssdi letter for my back pay. Im 37 years old and for that age of hard labor case and won. Thats means that having the best lawyer is a must . Thank you again ma'am.

  From my experience with Mrs. Florence, I can honestly say I couldn't have had a better lawyer. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of service that I know.

  I want to give High praise to Rosemary Florence. She went above and beyond to help me through the appeal and hearing process. The process was seemless and easy and she was wonderful about keeping me informed. Highly recommend.

  I was so glad that my son and I found Rosemary. We had been trying for years to get him SSI. After being denied SSDI for many years, we finally had to give up. We filed for SSI. He was again denied. Then he found Rosemary and everything changed. She lead us through everything we needed to do, answered all of our questions (very promptly I might add) and he was finally approved. Rosemary was such a God send for us. Now he has insurance and he can get the medical help he has been lacking in.
