These cases often are the result of negligent drivers. We know and understand that money will never be an adequate compensation for the loss of a loved one. However, in our civil justice system, money is the only medium we have to compensate people for their loss and to hold the at-fault party accountable.
These cases are difficult in many ways, but our firm has resolved multiple cases for over $1 million on behalf of family members of people killed in accidents.
These cases also often involve commercial vehicle accidents wherein a driver of an eighteen-wheeler truck has been negligent. Trucking accident cases are more complex than standard auto accidents. The trucking industry is heavily regulated and often times the value of a case is determined not only by the loss, but whether the driver and the trucking company followed all of the regulations.

Patrick, David Lemon, and Paolo were absolutely amazing when it came to putting our case together. All our options were explained well and they spent extra time on our case when we requested it. I think everyone should get an attorney when it comes to immigration, because the rules are constantly changing and sometimes you don't know how things are interpreted. If I needed an immigration attorney again, I would go back to Jarret and Price. Highly recommend, especially for complicated cases.
