  We highly reccommend this Firm for Estate and Trust matters. The entire staff was very helpful and professional. They have a Peachtree City office and worked through my husbands demanding work schedule to get the documents signed. Mac and Jessica took care of everything perfectly. This was very much appreciated after the last Estate attorney did not do a great job. (PTC also) Robert M Goldbery is a Wonderful office to deal with!

  OUTSTANDING experience working with Bob Goldberg and his entire team in his Peachtree City Office. They made the entire, often complicated and confusing subject of creating, assembling, and executing to include funding a Living Trust, along with Wills and Powers of Attorney, easy and forthright. A very professional initial explanation, question and answer period started it off, and it was actually quite simple from there. We are extremely happy with our finished products, and most highly recommend Bob Goldberg and his entire team..........OUTSTANDING

  Mr. Goldberg and staff were prompt , courteous and supportive when I chose them to create a Trust this January 2026. It is such a relief knowing my house won’t go through probate if I should pass . Also , we created a Special Needs Trust in order to protect one of my sons . Overall , a good experience with a fine support staff .

  I now know why the Goldberg firm was recommended to me by several different sources. They were phenomenal in helping our family. Dealing with a parent's finances and care through medical, rehab, or nursing facility can be so complex and often misinformation given from facilities and people offering "helpful advice" and poor communication from government agencies. This firm guided us through the process and stayed with us through several changes and hiccups. I absolutely would have been lost without their guidance in seeing things through. Thank you for staying on top of everything and communicating in an excellent, professional manner!
