  I was in a car accident and contacted Morgan & Morgan because they appeared to be a well-established law firm. They accepted my case, which lasted about two years. From early on, communication was a major issue. While I was attending physical therapy, I often had to repeatedly reach out for updates, and it was difficult to get responses or callbacks. Over the course of the case, I dealt with multiple attorneys, which made continuity of communication even more challenging. At one point, I was told I could continue physical therapy, but later I was informed it had been considered completed without clear guidance or consistent follow-up on next steps. During the process, I was also told by someone at the firm that due to the lack of communication and support, my contingency fee would be reduced from the original 40%. However, when the settlement was finalized, the full 40% fee was still applied. I raised this concern multiple times and was told someone would follow up, but I never received a resolution or clear response. In the end, I accepted the outcome because I did not have the time or energy to continue pursuing it further. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. Communication and follow-through were not what I expected from a firm of this size.
