  Absolutely the wrong Law Firm to go with / 3 1/2 years later and over 50 calls / They are still trying to settle / But great TV adds / we learn are lesson bigger is not always the best.

  I was disappointed and perhaps should have reconsidered and sought legal representation elsewhere, when I was on my third attorney and third case manager in a matter of weeks. M&M surely do not live up to the service level that they advertise.

  Julianna, the best law firm intake professional I have ever spoken to, she was absolutely the epitome of perfection on the phone with me today as I had to relive the traumatic accident & on going traumas/suffering/crisis that has resulted in not only my life but all my loved ones lives ever since this accident cost me my dream jobs, my home, even my entire family including my unborn children & humane society rescue Snoopy. She was - from start to finish - kind, understanding, compassionate, empathetic, patient, but also a very intelligent, wise, educated, & efficient professional in being able to quickly get the documents I needed to sign texted to me so I could simply sign & rest easier tonight knowing I have one of the largest & best law firms in the world now representing, defending, & protecting my family & me. The unbearable injuries will likely keep me up at night still, but at least my family & I now have some light of hope at the end of this dark horrific tunnel of hell we have been through, at least now we have a few less things to worry about like our medical, legal, & financial concerns for the future (plus stress of not knowing whether or not my loved ones & I will be able to even survive all this or will end up broke, homeless, & disabled for the rest of our lives).
