We had such an amazing experience with the Law Office of Kim Minicozzi. Kim and Diane made the uncomfortable process of estate planning MUCH more enjoyable. They both took the time to explain everything to us in Laymen's terms instead of Legal Speak. We can rest easy knowing our crew will be taken care of should the unthinkable occur. Extremely courteous, professional and prompt. Thank you!!

My husband and I decided we better redo our will since having kids. We didn’t know where to start or what to expect, but Kim went above and beyond to help us think of every little detail. She was very thorough, so patient, and she let us talk it over before signing anything. There was no pressure, and she made sure we would not regret any of our decisions later. I can’t recommend her and her staff enough! Don’t wait, get your will done!

I had the pleasure of working with Kim at Gwinnett County Superior Court on many criminal cases over the past nine years and did not hesitate to recommend her to several Family and Friends for Civil cases. Kim got results with her attention to detail and litigation expertise. If you’re looking for someone to be your voice, Kim is your attorney. Thank you Kim for all your hard work!

I can’t say enough great things about Kim and her staff. She was extremely attentive to my situation and communicated very frequently with me throughout the entire process regarding matters pertaining to Estate Planning.
When I came into the office to have the official documents signed and notarized I was politely greeted by the office manager and made to feel very welcomed.
Regarding the Estate Planning process Kim thoroughly walked me through every single document and explained things to me in a way such that I could understand. After everything was properly signed and notarized, I was offered ample copies.
The entire time I worked with Kim I was made to feel that my particular needs had her top most attention and priority.
Should I need additional assistance with any legal matters, Kim Minicozzi will be the first person that I will call.
