  If I was just dealing with Mr Pope I would give this a five-star. If Sandra was still there I would give this a five-star. Since Angie was hired I can't give it higher than a two and I honestly am being kind with that. Every time I have to deal with her I feel like I'm losing brain cells, she doesn't know what she's doing she has admitted this over and over again for months. Now she's telling me that I spoke to her when I know for a fact that I have not. I keep records, I have to because I have memory issues of when I speak to people and I detest it when people tell me that i "just forgot," that they you know they have spoke to me and that I just have forgotten. First she said I spoke to her last week when I know for a fact I didn't my mother's in the hospital she was in the ICU last week I didn't call anyone back last week when she called and left a message on my phone even though she insisted that she spoke to me last week. I spoke to my family members and that was it nobody else. She doesn't know what she's doing and she's going to lose business in the long haul for this attorney she is incompetent. She's worked there for months and she still doesn't know what she's doing and I can't deal with her anymore I literally cannot handle it. So I still don't know why she called and left a message on my phone last week because according to her she's talked to me and told me but am I going to call her back again ?Absolutely not I'd rather just not know. I'm waiting for Social Security to call me back instead and see if there's some update on my claim that I am unaware about because I can't deal with her.

  He was my attorney I wish I would have done it on my own like I found out I could have would have saved me $4,000 they couldn't do anything the only time you need an attorney is if you get turned down the first time call your congressman after the first five months they will not pay you for the first 5 months call your congressman after the first five months they can do more for you than a lawyer can the first time around like I said if you get turned down then you need a lawyer it's not that hard to do save yourself 25% of your back payment. Call social security they will tell you how to do it plus charge me for my medical records that I already gave to them $125.00

  Mr. Pope and his staff are very professional nice and always has a open ear to your situation. Even though he's still working on my case I have complete confidence that he's gonna make sure what I came to him for is gonna be done. He listened to my story and have complete confidence in me that my situation is the truth even when the ssi administrator didn't believe. Rhuematoid arthritis is a very painful autoimmune disease. I salute Mr. Pope and his staff with great gracious..
