  I just wanted to say that I have been trying to get disability for 5 yrs. My long term insurance had people that handled that for them. My long term ran out and I had got Russell Pope to sign off on some paperwork for me. I told him my situation and he said he would be glad to try and help me. That was the end of last year. I called him back and asked him to take my case. He did and I was to see a law judge appt the end ofJuly. He called me the Friday before the appointment with the law judge and told me they cancelled my appointment. I was so upset. He told me no that was good news. He said he was sure they would approve me. Well they did!!!! If you ever need a disability lawyer I highly recommend Russell Pope. His office is in Jackson. You will not ve sorry. He is great!!!!!

  I used Russell Pope for my disability case and honestly I was scared to death because I know he personally doesn't know me and I didn't understand how he could fight and represent someone without knowing everything they are going through but I was wrong. He really cares and studies his cases because he stood up for me and fault like he has been beside me through everything. I felt like the weight of the world was just lifted off my shoulders. I have been fighting for years and was ready to give up because I'm tired of people judging me and acting like I don't have anything wrong because I haven't been approved yet but he knew I desperately needed something to change so I can get the help I needed. Thank you so much for representing me I am truly grateful 🙏🙏🙏

  If I was just dealing with Mr Pope I would give this a five-star. If Sandra was still there I would give this a five-star. Since Angie was hired I can't give it higher than a two and I honestly am being kind with that. Every time I have to deal with her I feel like I'm losing brain cells, she doesn't know what she's doing she has admitted this over and over again for months. Now she's telling me that I spoke to her when I know for a fact that I have not. I keep records, I have to because I have memory issues of when I speak to people and I detest it when people tell me that i "just forgot," that they you know they have spoke to me and that I just have forgotten. First she said I spoke to her last week when I know for a fact I didn't my mother's in the hospital she was in the ICU last week I didn't call anyone back last week when she called and left a message on my phone even though she insisted that she spoke to me last week. I spoke to my family members and that was it nobody else. She doesn't know what she's doing and she's going to lose business in the long haul for this attorney she is incompetent. She's worked there for months and she still doesn't know what she's doing and I can't deal with her anymore I literally cannot handle it. So I still don't know why she called and left a message on my phone last week because according to her she's talked to me and told me but am I going to call her back again ?Absolutely not I'd rather just not know. I'm waiting for Social Security to call me back instead and see if there's some update on my claim that I am unaware about because I can't deal with her.

  In today's time not everyone is friendly, shows concern or listens with the intent of hearing you. Mr. Pope and his staff exhibit all of those features which made my experience less stressful. Thank you all
