  To be totally honest … I have never had a positive experience if the situation included a lawyer … that was until I worked with Mr Hofrichter. He was honest, sometimes brutally, but honest. I received immediate responses to all my concerns … and everything his experience taught him was invaluable to settling my case. I am positive I never would have gotten the judgement without him.

  I would highly recommend this Law Firm if you're looking for SSDI. Michael and his staff were very professional led me through the process and had a successful outcome. The very first thing they told me is patience is a virtue you have to be patient because SS doesn't move fast.

  I have nothing but good things to say about this office! Heather made pursing my LTD claim so much less stressful. She was detail-oriented and let me know when my arguments were sustainable. Mike was great to work with regarding my SSDI claim. Both attorneys were persistent and did not give up - even when I felt like all hope was lost! I appreciate their diligence, intelligence, and experience throughout this lengthy process.

  A friend recommended Mr Rogers to replace my old representation. This was the best move I could have made! The firm was persistent for almost 5 years of dealing with SSI. Ms Fletcher and Ms Wallace were excellent at keeping me informed and answering my questions. Thank you all!

  In this day and age, when it seems that everyone and every business sale you on grand promises. When you always leave disappointed time and time again. Well, this is the time I left with an experience better than what I was promised. ROGERS, HOFRICHTER & KARRH LLC. went above and beyond what I asked them to do. The process of my case was completely stress free. They handled every aspect the way it was supposed to go. They took their time explaining everything to me, no rushing just great service of making me feel confident in every move they were making and feeling confident my case was going in the right direction. They won my case doing exactly what they said they would do with no surprises. All though I hope to never have to hire an attorney again. However, if I do, I will be calling this firm. I can't say enough great things about this firm.
