  Don't waste your money and time here. Lu Wang is an outdated lawyer, only relied on expired experience, never learn the current law. Thanks to him, our case got denied based on his wrong information, when confronted, he insisted it's USCIS's fault, and tried to convince us to pay more to do the USCIS appeal because Lu Wang said it's USCIS's fault. Whenever a case was denied, it's always the government's fault, how convenient! And he will always convince people to pay more to appeal. Our family and our friend both went to Lu Wang for arriving alien case, now both our cases were denied. And he somehow convinced both of us to pay the money for appeal, guess what? Denied again! Lu Wang still insisted that's all the government's fault. MAYBE LEARN ABOUT THE ARRIVING ALIEN LAW BEFORE DESTROYING ANOTHER FAMILY!!! AVOID THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL COST!!!

  My husband and I hired Lu Wang in 04/02/2025 for my husband’s immigration case. We provided FBI reports, disposition, Notice to Appear (NTA), and more. We first started with a bond. He advised us that he would be able to get a bond. When we got to court for the bond hearing we were told he could not get a bond only parolee due to the 212 law. I don’t think he is very knowledgeable of the immigration process. He didn’t know how to read Notice To Apppears. On my husband’s NTA they had the 212 law but he was going off the 237 law. I had to provide the information so him and his team can do their jobs properly. When I say that I had to give them information I mean I had to research CIMT’s under 212. My husband had a charge that was not a CIMT that Lu Wang was going to concede with before I gave him the laws for the charge. At one court hearing Wang asked the judge to resend my husband’s Permanent Resident Card so he could apply for I130 which is to get a visa. Which we never agreed to. We had to fuss with him to do a 42A which was granted. He kept asking for more money when he told me he would not ask for more money unless he had to drive to the courthouse at Fort Steward. The process with Wang and Associates cause more stress than security. His 31 years of experience did not shine through.

  I have known Mr Wang and have been a client for over a decade. he and his firm set most realistic expectations, are veterans in their field, super punctual and painfully meticulous. you can't go wrong with Wang and Associates
