Despite repeated calls and messages, I rarely receive a response or meaningful updates about my case. The staff member assigned to my file has not provided consistent information, and I’m often left without any clarity on what is happening. The last time I signed anything was January 22, 2026, and since then I have received no updates or documentation. I’ve also contacted the firm directly multiple times and am usually met with apologies and promises of follow-up, but nothing changes. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and communication has been very disappointing.
