I have to say that working closely with the intake staff with McMahan Law Firm, as the Intake Team Manager with Eric Buchanan & Associates, PLLC, has been nothing but exceptional! Everyone, including Brittiany, Leslie, and Julie, have all been wonderful to work with over the years. They are always quick to respond and reliable to refer cases to. It truly gives us so much trust and confidence with this team when we have a good firm to tell others about!

Bart has been wonderful representing me. . He’s very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to Workmans Comp cases. I would highly, highly recommend him. His paralegal, Janine, was always available when I needed information.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. From the very beginning to the resolution of my case, everyone treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Throughout the year and a half that my case was ongoing, there were times when I truly felt like they were the only people in my corner.
Mr. Solomon was an outstanding attorney- knowledgeable, compassionate, and a strong advocate every step of the way. Ms. Dillon, the paralegal, was equally exceptional. She was always patient, responsive, and genuinely caring, and her hard work made an incredibly difficult process much easier to navigate.
I am deeply grateful for everything they did on my behalf and would wholeheartedly recommend this firm to anyone seeking dedicated, compassionate, and effective legal representation.
Nice intake, but please update NOVA website on what services you provide in which states... Seem not to do VA TORT negligence cases in Georgia.
GA WORKERS COMP - RUN DON'T WALK TO LAW FIRM
After receiving an unexpected & unusual on the job injury, I immediately felt like my employer was dismissive about the extreme pain I was having while trying to continue working. Sure enough, my w/c claim was denied by w/c insurance firm.
Long (and I mean long when in extreme pain), it was 8 months before I was able to finally receive needed treatment due to a change in my health care eligibility.
During this time, Dakota Tankersley, Associate Lawyer & Janine Dillion, Paralegal, were working diligently on my case. Both were very professional, listening carefully to all of my concerns. After learning that w/c judges & opposing attorneys don't care or take into account physical or emotional pain & suffering due to on the job injuries, only formularies of physical impairment count.
Final results was a settlement via mediation. The dollar amount will never come close to compensating me for the pain & disability I may have to live with for the remainder of my life. Advise to those who are average working folks is that if a employer demands you do something that is going to hurt you, walk out the door, adios.
