  Fortunately, I do not typically have legal matters and when I did, Sam brought clarity and peace of mind during a very stressful time. He was personable, practical and respectful of my time & resources, that I sincerely appreciate. Hopefully I will not need legal representation again, but if I do, Sam Sanders will be the first person I call.

  If you find yourself in a tough spot and need legal help, go to McCamy, Phillips, Tuggle & Fordham in Dalton and ask for Sam Sanders. I made a bad decision last year and was sure I was screwed, but Sam took my case and got to work. He let me know what he needed and then handled the rest. You just hand it to him and can relax, knowing he gets things done. If I ever need an attorney again, it’s definitely going to be Sam.

  After being ran around in circles and not listened to, Sam picked up my son in laws case after he was wrongfully accused of a very major crime. Sam was extremely respectful and listened to everything we had to say. He got charges dropped within 24 hours of my son being accused. I couldn’t ask for a better lawyer or better service from this man and his law firm. This is the guy you want to go to if you need something done when no one else wants to help. We are so grateful. Id say it was 10/10 experience with him. We have nothing but good things to say. If anybody needs a lawyer, Sam will be the only recommendation I would give anyone.

  i can’t thank sam sanders enough. he didn’t so much in such little time. as soon as he figured out i was falsely prosecuted he was on it lol white on rice. he was so kind and generous and it doesn’t matter who you are or what you have on your plate. man means straight business and i can’t appreciate him enough for the hard work he put in for my case. i truly thank all the help from him. i would advise anyone to seek him for anything !!
