  I cannot recommend John Rife highly enough. After consulting with a few different family law offices in the Cumming, Georgia area, I chose John, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came to him after a terrible experience with another law firm. I was advised not to attend a scheduled court hearing, which resulted in devastating consequences and left me unable to see my children for seven months. When John took over my case, he immediately understood what needed to be done, moved quickly to get a new hearing scheduled, and the very day of that hearing I was finally reunited with my kids. John has an exceptional understanding of Georgia family law and is an outstanding litigator. From the moment he stepped into the courtroom, it was obvious he was thoroughly prepared and knew exactly how to present my case. He effectively challenged the other side’s arguments, and their claims simply did not hold up under scrutiny. One thing that impressed me the most is that John doesn’t make assumptions based on gender. He understands that fathers can also be the ones who need protection and a strong advocate. He fought relentlessly for both me and my children, and I will always be grateful for that. In my opinion, John Rife is the best family law attorney in the State of Georgia. If your relationship with your children is on the line and you need someone with deep legal knowledge, courtroom experience, and genuine commitment to his clients, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

  Divorce is hard, but I "enjoyed" working with John through my divorce proceedings. He was very matter of fact and offered good, sound legal advice that worked in my favor financially and post-divorce. Just as there are steps to follow when getting married, there are more when getting divorced and John was with me during the entire process!

  I could not be happier that I chose John to represent me. Having been in a place where I had zero experience with the legal system and what to expect, he made sure I was informed, but also set realistic expectations of every situation and outcome.   Unprofessional. Do not use the Rife Law Firm for anything. One of the worst consumer experiences I have ever witnessed. I challenged charges that I have every right to and he terminated our agreement. $3500 spent and nothing to show for it.
