  I hired Ben Philips and Brian Worstell on the advise of a friend. I'd been in a horrific motor vehicle accident I was extremely fortunate to have survived. They were very compassionate and professional from the first meeting. They helped me navigate both the medical and insurance systems as I dealt with my injuries. They were always available, always willing to help with any issue no matter how trivial, and were always willing to explain matters as they were (not how I might wish they would be). Their assistance, counsel, and friendship were invaluable during the most trying time of my life (due to the accident and numerous other personal tragedies that piled up over the next year). In the end they negotiated a satisfying settlement and made sure every i was dotted and every t crossed. It was very important to me that the entire matter would be handled with the utmost honesty and integrity, and they never disappointed. I would never consider hiring a different attorney and I would always recommend them above all others.

  After I was in a car accident, Brian Worstell was recommended to me. I called and was able to meet with him very quickly. I had trouble dealing with insurance alone and having Brian was an immediate help. He was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process, reached out multiple times to see how I was recovering, and gave me multiple updates. He helped relieve the stress of dealing with insurance so that I could focus on recovery. I 100% will be recommending Brian to anyone that needs a personal injury lawyer!
