  Two and a half years ago I was in the car accident coming out of Walmart parking lot and I called Glenda Mitchell after the police report name that I was not at fault. Long story short I had a very expensive surgery and have pain every day as a result of it especially when it gets cold and I was told by the lawyers that I could get up to $100,000 out of this but after 14 months of fighting had to settle for $16,000 because the lawyers and the doctor didn't do their homework and even realize where or how the accident happened and so I had to settle for about $86,000 less than what they had originally told me. They should have at least read the accident report from the police to know that it wasn't a high speed accident before advising me on what to do.

  I’m so happy with my choice to hire GM law firm. They really do come to you and they make the process much easier to deal with. Communication was very consistent. Everyone was far more knowledgeable than other local law firms I have spoken to. Hopefully it won’t be necessary but if I did need a lawyer in the future, i would definitely hire them again.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Glenda Mitchell’s office. My family and I felt misled and frustrated throughout the entire process. Our case was supposedly closed in November, yet we continued receiving chiropractic treatment into December. Instead of clear communication, we were later charged again, with those costs being deducted from a December payment without any prior explanation. What made this situation even more troubling was the lack of professionalism from the staff. The chiropractor’s office manager informed me that Victoria from this office contacted them and displayed a rude and dismissive attitude when I had questions. As a client, I should feel comfortable asking for clarification—especially regarding financial matters. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was wrong for simply trying to understand what was happening. Clients deserve transparency, respect, and clear communication, particularly when it comes to billing and case details. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite, and I would not recommend this office based on how this situation was handled. Additionally, they did not pay the amount they initially indicated, resulting in us receiving less money than expected. I attempted to speak directly with the attorney, but my calls were never returned. It is disheartening that after being involved in my first car accident, my family and I were not made to feel supported or appreciated. Overall, I do not recommend this law firm.
