Glenda Mitchell Law Firm is an excellent place. The team is excellent and I would refer them 1 million times if I could.

They handled everything efficiently and informed me each step of the way. I couldn’t imagine going through this without them. Wrecks are complicated. I had no idea what to expect, and they handled it all.

WARNING!!!!! As a business owner Glenda Mitchell you should be embarrassed with your team leaving money on the table. Who represented my Life partner and manipulated their way through just to get her to sign, first stating your case is worth a half million and demanding in writing with 30+% with no intentions of going to trial after making you sign an additional 10% more total of 40% at this point making you believe your case needs to go to trial because is worth X amount and they the Insurance company only offered $15,000 we need to go to trial Glenda Mitchell Firm team says. After Waiting two years. During three hours of mediation listening to the lawyer Nick saying he is happy with the outcome which was less than 10% of what was originally demanded bye my wifes attorney Nick, the attorney stated numerous times great deal at every number leading up to $70,000 as the offer got higher after only because my wife stayed Firm not the attorney. No was not an answer or staying Firm. My wife was the only one staying Firm not the attorney which allowed mediator to agree with attorney and run with it. Stay away from this Firm. if you’re looking for a real honest guidance Glenda Mitchell Firm and her team or only out for themselves not the client, the trial lawyer is a joke first says your case is worth Half million in demand letter then say after you signed additional percentages away saying we need to take this to trial With no intentions too. dishonest well unprepared during mediation is exactly what we got. To top it all off the numbers don’t even add up to what she’s supposed to get clearly not honest people. I will never recommend. I can’t wait to see what excuse you guys use as a response! When my wife told Nick multiple times she’s not happy With the amount he started with Less than 20% leaving no room for negotiation. Due to past experience with law firms they do this so they can put a lien on the last amount offered which was $15,000 prior to mediation. Don’t trust when they say let’s see what they came with. It’s only so they can put a lien on your highest amount offered if you don’t settle on your case. Then no attorney will pick you up, forcing you to stay with them and agree to their demands and low offers. Don’t get trapped!! Some of us know how the system works Glenda’s Quick payouts for attorneys only. Glenda, please ask Nick, why he was leaving so much on the table and he should only get a percentage of $70,000 only to make it write that’s what the case was worth he stating numerous times. My wife got the rest not your team and not respecting his client when she said that she felt she was being pressured by Your attorney to settle at $70,000 with mediator and having an emotional breakdown twice, not being able to think clearly and only filling her head with more negative outcomes is so unprofessional and clearly shows intent for your firm and subcontracted out lawyers only benefit. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves and the attorneys you have representing your company. The only reason why we picked you Glenda. Is because your sister was dating one of my friends. Thanks for helping out a friend. I hope you Glenda Mitchell take the time to speak with your client, my wife and ask her yourself for feedback. Then I will consider taking post down.
I had called this firm a few hours after my accident on a Friday which basically means nobody was around except the woman who answered, she was extremely rude and arrogant to me and kept on interrupting as I was asking questions about their firm and how big they were, she was very evasive on telling me exactly what I wanted to know and we got into this weird little argument back and forth that had nothing to do with my accident but had everything to do with my questioning, apparently she didn't like my questions and eventually hung up on me telling me that perhaps I picked the wrong law firm.
I told her if I could speak to an actual lawyer perhaps she was wrong, but I was hung up on so we'll never know.
The arrogance and rudeness of this woman is probably a Telltale sign that I did pick the wrong law firm... the weird thing is that I got their number off of a billboard so the money they spent on that billboard actually did work, but the woman who answered the phone dropped the ball.
