  I was very pleased with how quickly everything was handled with my case. The outcome of the settlement was more than I expected as well. I would definitely recommend them to someone who’s been in an accident or had an injury.

  Your case. Your future. Your money. Your decision. Do NOT choose Glenda Mitchell!! STRONG WARNING — PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS FIRM I hired this firm because I was told my case was solid, that they saw the value in it, and that I needed to agree to a higher percentage because they believed in my case and were prepared to take it to trial. I trusted those promises. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what I was promised. Glenda and Nick S. completely let me down and they will do the same to you! At mediation, I experienced weak negotiation, felt heavily pressured, and felt completely underrepresented. Nick S. was unprepared, unprofessional, and simply WEAK! I was told I could say “NO” at any time, yet when I repeatedly said, “No, I’m not comfortable with that offer,” I did not feel that my answer was respected. Nick continued to pressure me for over 3 hours to take a ridiculously low offer. I was also told that all of my medical bills were covered. He failed to inform me of a lien. I was left with an ER bill exceeding $10,000—something I never expected after being told my bills were covered. I was told my case was strong enough to take to trial, requiring me to sign off on them receiving a higher percentage of my case, yet when it came time for mediation, I felt consistently pressured toward settlement rather than confidently represented by the strong trial attorney I believed I had hired. I was also extremely concerned when statements were made to opposing counsel indicating that I had preexisting injuries. I did not. That was especially troubling to me because I expected my attorney to know and accurately present the facts of my case. He was not prepared with my specific facts and that DIRECTLY negatively affected my outcome. I was promised guidance and preparation. Instead, I experienced what felt like empty promises and inadequate preparation. Ironically, after I followed my husband’s guidance instead of my attorney’s during mediation, Nick told me I should be a lawyer. Neither my husband nor I are lawyers. That was not why I hired an attorney. I hired a professional to guide me, protect my interests, and fight for me. Glenda M and especially Nick S failed me and they will fail you too!!!! This was one of the most important decisions of my life, and I trusted this firm with it. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before hiring them. If you need an attorney Seth Butler is your man- honest hardworking and doesn’t leave anything in the table. A true attorney who will fight for you not like the phony attorneys at Glenda Mitchell
