  When I say Attorney Duke is the best a 5 star review does not do her justice! She is determined to make every case her priority. She may be quiet at first don’t worry because her and her team are always working behind the scenes with pin pointed sniper skills. Susan was magnificent always lending a listening ear reassuring I will find justice! When all hope seems lost and your standing in that courtroom nothing is more comforting than a well dressed, quick wit,sharp memory attorney that is clearing every shot with on point accuracy. When the other attorney gains stage fright because he had no idea the evidence that was stacked against his client! Attorney Duke is the only one you can trust in divorce and child custody. She will let your voice be heard when everyone else prefers you to remain silent! Don’t waste your money elsewhere this is where you belong when you want to bring your children home!

  Divorce and custody battles are never easy, they’re never comforting and they’re never stress free. But that is exactly what you’ll feel at the office of Duke and Heath Law. Every attorney and every employee (especially the paralegals) at this office are very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and they really fight for your best interest.They make you feel like you have a friend, a support system and most importantly a shark, in one of the darkest, but temporary parts in your life. If you want a law office, who isn’t driven by money and just really want to help people, with what they’re going through. Then Duke and Heath Law, is the right number to call. They have the best reputation for a reason and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

  Mr. Heath did an amazing job handling 2 of my cases’s. I was almost certain that I would be serving prison time. I highly recommend him in any criminal case you have! He was very affordable and offer payment plans!!!!

  I had a great experience with my custody/divorce lawyer. Anytime I had questions, she was quick to respond and always made sure I fully understood the process. She made me feel heard and valued, taking the time to really listen to my concerns and what I wanted out of the case. Throughout everything, she fought diligently to represent my best interests and stayed focused on achieving the outcome I was hoping for.
