  If I could give less stars I would. This has been my worst legal experience by far. I was told that we should be able to finish up my case by Christmas of 2021. Three Christmases later and we don't even have a parenting plan put together. Communication with them has been a nightmare. There was little to no effort to keep me informed on my case. Every time I tried to contact them for an update, I would call multiple times a day for days at a time with no response. There were at least three occasions where I had to call from a Georgia number just to get through (I am from out of state). Of course, my call would be answered on the second ring if it were from Georgia. I guess they only get excited for new money. This was the most expensive disappointment I have ever had to deal with. They very clearly did not care about me or my case. Business is business, but you can still conduct business and be a nice person. I hope they read this and make the decision to do better. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I could not be more disappointed with the lack of results, communication, and compassion.

  INCOMPETENT - Barbara took my daughter's money to represent her in a divorce and setup a court date for a month later. Did not give my daughter a time or location to be. The Friday night before a Tuesday appearance she EMAILs my daughter that she has a conflict of interest and won't be able to represent her. She never informed my daughter of any paperwork she would need to take, if any. She also stated she would not be returning all of the retainer. Totally unresponsive to my daughter's request for more information. Completely unprofessional in every way. If there is any legal action against this incompetent firm I can take on my daughter's behalf...I will be. The EMAIL you sent said it had not been rescheduled...although the context of the email did relay doubt.. and you may have meant to say it had been rescheduled. A mess up like this should warrant a phone call with follow up email.

  Ms. Claridge always made sure I had all the information I needed and made the process as painless as possible. When it came down to signing those papers she did not waste any time getting them signed by the judge. Thanks so much for helping me through this very rough time in my life!
