I engaged his services in 2023 to help me with outstanding tax debt for multiple years of problems. My tax burden was eventually reduced from 60K to 10K to the satisfaction of the IRS and multiple states. He is one of the best if not the best. If you want your tax problems resolved, call Mr. Peck.

- SCSalvatore CaronnaMay 22, 20265.0For my 2018 taxes I had a 1031 Exchange to defer capital gains on a commercial property. Somehow the documentation of the exchange was not included with the return and the return had the wrong address for my home so I never received notification of a problem. I wasn't aware of the problem until 2023 when I called the IRS for an unrelated matter. By then interest and penalties owed to the IRS had reached over $200,000! The amended return was submitted immediately. No word from the IRS until late 2025 when they were giving me one more chance to pay what was owed (over $300,000 at that time) before they went to collections. That is when I contacted The Peck Group. They were great. They handled everything and the IRS dropped all charges. Thank you Jason!
